HARD SEAL
Hard, durable clear gloss surface that prevents outgassing of pollution and toxicity from both high and low porosity surfaces.
Typically used for unsealed woodwork (like cabinets), vinyl, or pourous tile; can also be applied over paints, stains, and colorfast wallpapers. Existing color surface will deepen however; test somewhere inconspicuous first!

A unique sealer designed to prevent the outgassing of harmful chemicals used in carpet backing. These chemicals include known carcinogens such as formaldehyde, toluene, benzene, xylene and styrene. Odor-free and when properly applied, effectively blcoks outgassing for up to five cleanings or one year.
